30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most individual course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

- You have consumed less than 30% of the course content

- The course content significantly differs from its description
- You purchased a course by mistake or were charged in error
- You have not previously received refunds for excessive number of courses
2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- You have consumed more than 30% of the course content
- You have downloaded course materials or certificates
- You claim the course was "too basic" or "too advanced" when the level was clearly described
- You simply changed your mind after substantially engaging with the course
- You have a history of refund abuse or excessive refund requests
- The purchase was made during a special promotion or sale (unless otherwise stated)
- You violated our Terms and Conditions
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
3.2 Annual Subscriptions

- The entire bundle must be returned; we do not offer partial refunds on bundles

- If we cannot resolve the problem, a full refund will be provided regardless of the 30-day window
5.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times:

- We will refund the duplicate purchase(s) promptly

We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment processor.
7.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

- Refunds will be for the amount actually paid, not the original price

9.2 Coupon and Gift Purchases
For courses purchased with coupons or received as gifts:
- Refunds for coupon purchases will be credited to your account as store credit
- Gift purchases must be refunded by the original purchaser, not the recipient
- 100% discount coupons or free courses are not eligible for refunds

To maintain fair access for all users, we monitor for refund abuse patterns:
- Excessive refund requests (more than 3 in a 12-month period) may be flagged
- Patterns of consuming most of a course before requesting refunds
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent refund limitations
- Sharing refunded course materials with others
Accounts identified as abusing our refund policy may be suspended or permanently banned, with forfeiture of any pending refunds.
